Shipping policy

Our aim is to get your goodies to you as quickly and cheaply as possible.  

If you have any questions regarding postage prices, please contact us and we can see if we can work out the best option for what you need prior to placing your order.

Australia Post have come to the party and are offering Express Post at very reasonable rates so we do prefer to use Express Post instead of Parcel Post.  Parcel Post can take a few weeks to get to you so if you are in a hurry.....select Express Post at the Checkout.  

Larger items do not fall into the normal postage prices. Items like large bells, clocks, flagpoles and overseas postage will be calculated automatically and will show up at checkout. If you need your item in a hurry, let me know and I can advise if there is an extra cost involved.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery refers to delivering your purchased goods to The Breakwater Marina and/or The Townsville Yacht Club both located in Townsville North Queensland.  Free delivery DOES NOT mean FREE POSTAGE.  

CLICK AND COLLECT/PICK UP IN STORE

This means that you click on the item, click on add to cart, click to pay for it, click on 'Click and Collect' at the checkout and then collect it from our shop The Navigation Centre, 61 Perkins Street, South Townsville once you have been notified your parcel is ready to collect.  Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
