Please allow two weeks for your exam results to be sent to you.  The exams are marked in Launceston, Tasmania.  The exams are NOT marked at The Navigation Centre and NO, there is NO way of getting your results sooner.

Our classroom is equipped with a fridge & freezer, microwave, cutlery, tea/coffee cups, coffee, sugar & milk.  For courses we provide, hearing protection, high visibility vests, hard hats, life raft and life jackets.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE

Cold drinks, meals, snacks, sunscreen, sun hats, sun glasses, towels, covered clothing for engine room/slipway visits, safety boots or navigation equipment.

For all courses you will need to bring PEN, PENCIL, ERASER, RULER and CALCULATOR

Parallel ruler, compass/divider set, calculator and your Workplace Based Taskbook if you have one.

Master up to 24mtrs & Master up to 35mtrs

Parallel ruler, compass/divider set, calculator,  Australian Boating Manual current edition and your Workplace Based Taskbook if you have one.

MED 1, 2 & 3

Covered shoes, long sleeve shirt, long pants (for engine room work), Workplace Based Taskbook if you have one.

The five day (40 hr) ECDIS course is run in Cairns at the Great Barrier Reef International Marine College, Tingira Street, Portsmith.

COMPASS ADJUSTERS THEORY COURSE:  For information regarding the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) approved Compass Adjuster's Theory Course 2007 that was run in August and September 2007 - Click Here  We do not know when/if we will be running another Compass Adjuster's Theory Course as yet, so please keep checking our website - it will be posted on here as soon as information comes to hand.  (last updated 24 January 2014)
